Celebrating Excellence: Nurturing Linguistic Brilliance at Blue Bells Model School

In a splendid event held at the Tal Katora Stadium on December 6, 2023, the Hindi Language Academy in Delhi honoured the meritorious students of the CBSE Grade X in Hindi and Sanskrit. This programme aimed to recognize and encourage the linguistic prowess of students, witnessing enthusiastic participation from schools in Delhi and Gurugram. Students were acknowledged with titles such as Hindi Language Sentinel, Hindi Language Gem, and Hindi Language Jewel.

During the academic session 2022-23, 70 students from Blue Bells Model School who participated in the board examinations were felicitated with the Language Sentinel Honour and Hindi Language Gem Honour. They were presented with certificates, medals, and tokens of remembrance for their outstanding achievements. The distinguished guests at the event included former President Shri Ram Nath Kovind, Special Guest Minister of Culture and Foreign Affairs, Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi, Director of the Hindi Language Academy, Shri Sudhakar Pathak, and other esteemed dignitaries, who motivated and uplifted the spirits of the students.

On this occasion, the Hindi educators from Blue Bells Model School, namely Ms. Renu Rawat, Ms. Tanuja Sharma, Mr. Harsh Vashisth and Mr. Neeraj Kumar, were also honoured for their significant contributions. Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati, Director of Blue Bells Group of Schools, and Mrs. Alka Singh, Principal of Blue Bells Model School, congratulated the students on their success and extended best wishes for their bright futures. The celebration echoed the sentiment that education is indeed the key that unlocks the doors to a future filled with limitless possibilities.

INTERNATIONAL HINDI OLYMPIAD

"If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you."

In sync, students from Blue Bells Model School participated in the International Hindi Olympiad-2023. In this event, Arshiya Hazarika from Grade III and Yashvi from Grade VIII won the gold medal and received the National Hindi Talent Award. To honour the winners of the International Hindi Olympiad, the Hindi Development Institute, Delhi, organized the International Hindi Honour Ceremony 2023 at the Triveni Bhawan, New Delhi, on November 30, 2023. In this prestigious Olympiad, a total of 15 students were honoured with gold medals, 21 with silver medals, and 3 with bronze medals.

In this ceremony, Ms. Renu Rawat, Hindi Faculty was honoured with the Hindi Inspirational Award for inspiring the maximum number of students towards Hindi.

The spirit of determination and excellence displayed by these students in the International Hindi Olympiad reflects the adage that when one is resolved to learn, no obstacle can hinder their path. The award ceremony, held in the heart of New Delhi, served as a beacon of encouragement for all Hindi language enthusiasts, fostering a sense of pride and accomplishment.
