ICT SEGULLS PROJECT 2023

BBMS Clinches Champion Project Award 2023 and Prof.Dr. Ümit Serdaro?lu Jury Special Award

Winston Churchill once said, "To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often." These words underscore the importance of embracing change to meet the ever-evolving challenges of our world. The ICT Seagulls project exemplifies this philosophy, offering students and facilitators an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to society. This case study explores three specific projects under the ICT Seagulls initiative, illustrating how they equip participants with knowledge and a platform for initiating change while imparting valuable life lessons and making a significant change in the community as future community leaders. 

The HOPE Team, SQC, Circle consisting of 9 students, 2 community leaders, and 2 parents from the 16-17 age group, focused on the “Causes for depletion of archaeological values” problem, and worked to suggest possible solutions to raise awareness about it within the community. The team members were guided by project leaders Dr. Madhu Gupta, Ms. Sanjana Bhasin, Ms. Manisha Kumari, and Yogesh Sharma, with the great support of the school principal, Ms. Alka Singh who played a great role in mentoring the project.

The school bagged the Champion Project Award 2023 for the High School Age Category. The school also received Prof.Dr. Ümit Serdaro?lu Jury Special Award for extraordinary performance in the research work undertaken by Hope team.
