Gauransh Gupta of VIII A participated in the’ Online Interschool Mathematics Competition ‘Mathletics 2021 ’organised by DPS Sector 45 on September 8,2021. He took part in the event ‘Math Matters’ where he created a research-based power point presentation and video on Mathematics in the field of agriculture and medicine. His creative work received overwhelming appreciation and he was  honoured with the  Jury Award. The competition indeed provided Gauransh a learning opportunity to ignite his hidden creative streak and develop his explorative and inventive skills.

ELDROK INDIA K-12 AWARD 2021

‘We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is then not an act, but a habit’

On October 5, 2021 the school has been conferred with  ‘ELDROK INDIA K-12 AWARD 2021’ for Excellence in Skill Based Learning and STEAM Education in Eldrok India K-12 Summit – 2021 held at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity.

The school achieved this goal by adopting skill-based curriculum and STEAM education where students are steered to experiment and apply concepts to strengthen their learning process through research and high level thinking skills. Blue Bells empowers students to take control of their learning and become self-directed learners. The focused and earnest efforts of the school have earned widespread acclaim. Everyone has a purpose in life and a unique talent to convert it into success. And when we blend this unique talent with achievement, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals. Blue Bellians proved it right by winning several positions in the Interschool competition ‘Bhasha ki Abhilasha’ organised by Imperial Heritage School, Gurugram. Aahna Gulati of Class III D and Yohana Mittal of Class IIIB secured the Third Position in Kalatmak Kriti. In ‘Naari Sashaktikaran’, Tiara Setia of Class IVA clinched the Third Position and Srishti Sanjay of Class VIII clinched the First Position in Sangeetmaya Utsav.

TOURISM MAHOTSAV 2021

‘DANCING IS ABOUT MUCH MORE THAN HAVING FUN; IT'S ART, RELIGION, HISTORY, AND TRADITION.’

Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, Noida, organized TOURISM MAHOTSAV 2021 to commemorate World Tourism Day 2021. IITTM is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The event was organized in sync with the theme for World Tourism Day 2021 "TOURISM FOR ALL INCLUSIVE GROWTH".

Our student, Kimaya Shukla of Class VII, secured Second Position in the event Sur-e-Nritya. Her elegant dance performance enthralled the jury members. Indian classical music and dance are designed to elevate our consciousness and when Kimaya stepped on the stage she enchanted the audience through her graceful performance.

GREEN SCHOOL AWARD

‘CONSERVATION IS A STATE OF HARMONY BETWEEN MAN AND LAND.’

It is rightly said that thoughtful and committed citizens takes the initiative to save the environment and eventually change the world to make it a better place to live in. Blue Bells Model School prepares its students to become the world citizens and leaders who will understand how the nature works, see the patterns that connect human activities with Mother Nature, and have the knowledge, values, and skills to act effectively. For its enormous contribution towards bringing the element of the environment into education and accepting the responsibility towards the planet, the school is conferred with the prestigious ‘Green School Award 2021. It was virtually presented at the Green Award Ceremony by Green Mentors,a Civil Society Organization in the Department of Economic & Social Affairs of UNITED NATIONS at 5th NYC conference which took place on 24 September, 2021, New York, USA.

In the memory of our Founder Chairperson Late Shri B.D. we celebrate his birth anniversary as Green Day on April 21st each year. A dream envisioned by Sir has come true today who believed in the restoration of our environment and instilling a valuable lessons amongst his students to take care of our ailing planet, ‘Earth’.

The Health and Wellness Cell of BBMS under the able guidance of Dr. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director, Health and Wellness, Blue Bells Group of Schools invariably mentored Blue Bellians to become generous, compassionate and remain thankful for being fortunate in enjoying everything in life. The students also believed and nurtured the thought that a grateful heart is a magnet for miracles and this has been proven true by them by captivating the judges with an outstanding performance in the Event: Gratitude-'Discovering the new Me', conducted on 21st September 2021 by Anon Global Foundation. Srishti Sanjay of Class VIII B and Rivaan Sharma of Class VII D clinched the coveted title of Gratitude CHAMPIONS. Bhavika Dhingra of Class VII C made us proud by becoming a Gratitude HERO. It was overwhelming for the jury to hear about their transformational journeys and acts of kindness.

BEHES SEPTEMBER OPEN ROUND

‘DEBATE IS A MEDIUM THAT ENHANCES ONE’S ORATORY SKILLS AND LOGICAL THINKING.’

Putting forth one’s own opinion with affirmation and rebuttal spirit make one assertive and steadfast while participating in debate sessions. The enthusiastic and confident Blue Bellians Avani Singh, Vansh Tyagi and Sanya Narang represented school in BEHES September Open Round organised by BEHES team virtually on September18 and19 , 2021 and clinched coveted positions in the event. In the Lions Category, the team bagged the Runners- Up position. Avani Singh and Vansh Tyagi secured Best Speakers Standing Award in the Final Behes Round.The participants, armed with statistics and data made their arguments more emphatic with their righteous facial expressions, voice modulation and commendable oration. The competition was an elevating and inspiring learning experience for all the young debaters.

BHASHA GAURAV SHIKASHK SAMMAN CEREMONY

‘Teacher  transforms lives with just the right mix of chalk and challenges.’              

Teachers are a role model and earnestly shapes the character, caliber, and future of an individual. They work tirelessly to enrich the lives of  each and every generation. Their devotion, hard work, and eternal positivity never goes unobserved.  The language teachers from the  Hindi department  were honoured for their dedication and hardwork in enriching the linguistic skills of the young learners.Ms. Neelam Ahuja  ,Mr.Harsh Vashist and Mr. Shashi Tiwari from the School were  conferred with ‘Bhasha GAURAV Shikashk AWARD by Hindustan Bhasha Academy on September19,2021.The award ceremony was held in St. Columbus Public School,Pitampura ,New Delhi. They were conferred this award for their efficiency and competence in teaching Hindi language. The recognition has again raised the bar of brilliance and genius that Blue Bells Model School always pursues for a better tomorrow for the future generation.

COMMFLUENCE 2021-ASPIRE TO BE A UNICORN

Blue Bells aims at fostering entrepreneurial culture and ethical leadership in young learners by engaging them in multifarious activities. In a recently held inter-school competition’ Commfluence 2021-Aspire to be a Unicorn’, organized by Lotus Valley International School, Gurugram, the school team clinched prestigious positions in an array of events. Manya Bassi of XI C, Aryan Bachhal of XI C and Bhavika Chutani of XI C won the first position in the event ‘Venture Vistas - Build the Future Today’.The adroit trio prepared an impressive presentation on a problem statement and enthralled the judges through their spectacular performance. Prassiddhi Sachdeva of XI E andPalak Singla of XII C secured the first position in the event ‘The Fast FinderOn the Hunt’ - a quiz based on Commerce.-’. Priyanshu Singhand Vansh Madan of XI A bagged the second position in the event ‘Rock the Beats -Ardour-Authentic-Amusement’. The budding entrepreneurs were highly lauded for their business skills,music composition, well-coordinated teamwork and outstanding innovation and creativity.

‘CREATIVITY IS THE ART AND SCIENCE OF EXPRESSING INNER BEAUTY.’

When one pursues excellence with devotion and industriousness, one irrefutably becomes  a winner. Versatile Blue Bellians evidenced this adage by securing a number of coveted positions in Montage 2.0 organized by Vidya Mandir Public School, Faridabad. The event was a medley of events which included activities ranging from Arts to Science. Raj Sardana from Class IX A bagged the ‘Most Entertaining Performer Award' in Howdy Earth- A Solo Act Competition, Riya Khohal and Aditya Mittal from Class XB won the 'Second Runners Up Trophy' in 'Science Hunt Science Quiz', Prassiddhi Sachdeva from XI E clinched the 'Best Style and Structure Award' in the event 'Embark', Varnika Singh from Class IV A won the 'Honourable  Mention Title' in Tell- a- Tale Story Telling Competition and Bhavya Piplani from class XII F won the 'Honorable Mention Award' in the event 'Science Expo'.The eminent jury members appreciated  the students for their creativity, talent and stupendous performance.
