Abhinav Jain of Class 6 participated in National Innovative Talent Search Contest organized online by www.smartEduDirectory.com. He bagged First Position at all India Level in Academic Excellence Quiz Contest.

‘Lite’ Subdunaire 2018’

Blue Bells Public School organized ‘Lite’ Subdunaire 2018’ wherein our students participated in different activities and were able to grab several laurels.  Our team comprising of Swasti Sharma of Class IX, Kashish Bhasin of Class X and Dishita Singh of Class VIII was declared as the Best team. The award for Best Speaker against the motion and in favour of the motion was also given to our students. Neha Sarkar and Pratham Sharma won 2^nd Runners up trophy in the theatre competition ‘Unmask the mask’.

The school has once again been successful in bagging the British Council International School Award and is reaccredited for the period 2018-2021. It's rightly stated - ‘Today’s learners are ready to achieve successful paradigms in this new evolving world.’ Keeping up with changing pace, we strongly believe that the fundamental role of School is in establishing an excellent learning climate by encouraging students to play an active part in the classroom and take responsibility for their own learning.

We understand the true need of today’s young aspirants who demonstrate an increased capacity in the knowledge, skills, outlook and understanding required to work in a global economy and contribute responsibly to society, locally and globally and this is how our association with ISA has enhanced our young people's learning about internationalism as global citizens and innovators. The International School Award was achieved under the tutelage of Ms. Anshuka Aneja, Deputy Director, IT, Blue Bells Group of Schools who nurtured team building spirit, novelty, and project management in the pupils. The chief objective behind this project was to groom global citizens and promote distinctive educational experience through interactions, exchange of mails, and video conferencing.

International collaboration is now deeply embedded into our curriculum and has also helped teachers develop their professional skills. The curriculum based activities have truly led to more extensive teaching and innovation in global citizenship and improved levels of teaching practice and innovation in school systems because of international collaboration and partnerships between schools. It has also provided a unique platform for students to experience other countries and cultures.

Various ISA activities in collaboration with our International school partners were conducted in our School which have lent new insights in teaching learning process. ‘Book Buzz’ – Reading is Fun activity in collaboration with Rosebud School, Kathmandu, Nepal helped in bringing students globally closer through ‘blog-o-logue’ and Book Parade thus giving learners access to international as well as a deep understanding of their own culture and resources.

SECOND NATIONAL FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

Our student Saransh Gauba of ClassIX participated in the Second National Football Championship held at Mapasu, Goa. He played under 17 boys’ category and was able to secure Runner-up Position while representing the Haryana Team.

Center for Educational Development organized International EduSummit 2018 at Hotel Leela Ambience, East Delhi on 27th and 28th January, 2018. Centre for Educational Development is an educational forum framed by academic and technical experts across the country. CED endeavours to empower School Educators by appreciating them for their contribution in educational field. Mrs. Kiran Rawat received the Best Teacher Award for her dedication and commitment in the field of education.

International French Spellbee 2017

An Outstanding Achievement!!!

It is a matter of immense pleasure that Pearl Babbar of class IX of Blue Bells Model School, Sec-4, Gurgaon set a phenomenal milestone by clinching the most coveted position of International Topper in the International French Spellbee 2017-‘Concours d’Orthograph’ Competition. The competition was organized by Frenchindi Organization at India International Centre, New Delhi on January 16,2018.She held the audience spellbound by exhibiting her unrivaled and unique skills in the battle of brains with 130 contestants from across the globe. She registered her first exciting victory as the Zonal/National Topper to qualify for the International Round. By defeating a contestant from Kuwait she finally emerged as the International Winner. Along with medals and trophies she won All Expenses Paid 10days Trip to France. The school was adjudged the Best French Teaching School in NCR. Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati, Director, Blue Bells Group of Schools and Principal of the school Ms. Chandan Dhawan and teachers congratulated and wished her success in all her future endevours.

Mrs. Madhu Gupta, a senior Chemistry teacher and Coordinator, Science Stream at Blue Bells Model School, Sector-4, Gurugram has proven this thought with her continuous achievements in the field of education.

Her efforts were duly recognized and rewarded by ‘Today Live News’ and ‘Aarogya Darpan’ when Mrs. Madhu Gupta was bestowed with the prestigious ‘Woman of the Year Award’ in a grand ceremony at Constitution Club of India, New Delhi on 22nd December, 2017.

Mrs. Parita Harit (IRS, Principal Commissioner, Income Tax, Govt. of India) honoured Mrs. Gupta with this coveted award in the presence of an august gathering comprising of dignitaries from various fields.

50 women from various states of the country from the field of Education, Journalism, Fashion, Entrepreneurship, Writing and Medicine were honoured in this ceremony meant to recognize the achievements of Iconic Indian Women.

Mrs. Madhu Gupta was congratulated by the Management, Principal and staff for this stupendous achievement.

Rhythmic Raaga - The Interschool Music and Dance Fest

Music expresses that which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent. It's the musical performance of our talented students who participated in various rhythmic events that says it all. Amity International School, Sector 46, organized Rhythmic Raaga - The Interschool Music and Dance Fest on December 19, 2017. Kartikey Rustagi's hand played magically on the tabla and he grabbed First Prize for his mystical performance in Taal Tarang. The music enthusiasts - Ayush Rohilla, Ishika Jha, Agniva Bagchi and Pushkar Kwatra bagged Second Prize in Dhwani - An Indian Instrumental Competition.
