The Parents' Orientation Programme, held on March 29, 2025, was a momentous occasion, marking the beginning of a beautiful journey. The programme commenced with a heartfelt invocation, seeking the blessings of the Almighty. The school Principal, Madam Alka Singh warmly welcomed parents, emphasizing the significance of collaboration between parents and school. The school is more than just a place of learning, she emphasized. It's a community, a family that nurtures, supports, and empowers our students to become the best version of themselves. The school’s dedicated faculty from the Primary Wing took the stage, providing a comprehensive overview of the school's system, facilities, curriculum, rules, and regulations. They provided insightful details of the teaching methodologies, co-scholastic activities, and infrastructure, highlighting the efforts to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters academic excellence, creativity, and character development. The Parents were acquainted with the school's vibrant culture, from hands-on learning experiences to socio-emotional empowerment. The parents were briefed about the various subjects and activities that would be undertaken in the year ahead, giving them a glimpse into the exciting journey that lay ahead. The co-scholastic activities were also showcased, demonstrating school’s commitment to providing a self-directed curriculum that encourages hands-on learning, creativity, and critical thinking. The school believes that every child is unique, with one’s own strengths, weaknesses, and interests. The school’s curriculum is designed to cater to the diverse needs of the students, providing them with a wide range of opportunities to explore, discover, and learn. The parents were also acquainted with the school’s curriculum, students' achievements in scholastic as well as co-scholastic areas, clubs, life skills training, and code of conduct for the students. They were impressed by school's commitment to academic excellence, as well as the emphasis on socio-emotional empowerment, along with cognitive and ethical development of the students through well-regulated Health & Wellness Programs a part of the school curriculum. These programs are designed to promote the overall well-being of the students, helping them develop into confident, compassionate, and responsible individuals. The day was filled with insightful discussions, question and answer session, as parents got acquainted with the school community. The parents had the opportunity to share their thoughts, and engage with the faculty.

Grade 3 Welcome Assembly

"Take pride in how far you've come. Have faith in how far you can go. But don't forget to enjoy the journey." —Michael Josephson As the new academic session begins, Blue Bells Model School, Sector-4, welcomed its Grade 3 students with open arms, ushering them into a fresh journey of discovery and growth. The first day of school is always a momentous occasion, filled with excitement, anticipation, and a hint of nervousness. For our young students, it marked the beginning of a new chapter, one that would be filled with new experiences, new friendships, and new lessons to learn. To seek divine blessings and to give an auspicious start to our new session, a havan was performed. Our students and teachers participated with great fervour, seeking the blessings of the divine for a successful and fulfilling academic year. A special assembly that followed was a grand celebration, it showcased the creativity, talent, and enthusiasm of our teachers and students. The programme began with a heartfelt prayer, seeking the blessings of the Almighty. Our teachers then welcomed our Grade 3 students with a beautiful song that echoed the sentiments of the day. The highlights of the assembly were the dance and storytelling sessions. As the assembly ended, our School Principal, Ms Alka Singh, welcomed our Grade 3 students with her remarkable words, showering her blessings on them for a bright and successful future. Our Primary Wing Leader, Ms Kiran Rawat, motivated our students to spare no stone unturned in their pursuit of excellence, urging them to dream big, work hard, and never give up on their aspirations.

Orientation Programme for Classes X and XII

"Achieving a dream is about finding purpose, where every step, no matter how small, becomes a victory." Building a strong partnership between passionate educators, enthused students, and supportive parents is key to a student's educational success. Effective communication with parents consistently results in positive outcomes for all involved—students, parents, and teachers. To encourage parents' active participation in their child's development, the school hosted an Orientation Programme for parents of classes X and XII on March 29, 2025. The session offered valuable insights into the teaching-learning process, empowering parents to play an active role in their child's growth and academic achievement. The parents were informed about the school curriculum, which included an update on students' board result, the school’s accomplishments across various educational fields, life skills training, and the code of conduct. Additionally, the examination criteria for the entire session were discussed. Parents were furthermore briefed on the adoption of innovative teaching approaches alongside the incorporation of vocational education and skill-based subjects. They were briefed about the ICT which has strengthened lesson plans, language lab and Maths Lab modules, smart classes, and digital content, enabling teachers to better explain and clarify concepts. The faculty members outlined the school's vision and highlighted significant efforts made under the Health and Wellness Program. A session on ' Mind Matters: Encourage Positive Thinking’ was organised under the aegis of Health & Wellness Programme to empower parents with strategies to foster self-esteem, emotional well-being, and long-term success in children. The session was conducted by Ms. Chetna Vashisht', an Associate Psychologist of My Peegu organisation. The efforts made by the Learning and Development Cell to support students' academic progress were communicated to the parents. This thorough orientation program helped them gain a clearer understanding of the school's curriculum approach, ensuring a rewarding educational experience for their children. The program highlighted the collaboration between parents and teachers in shaping a child's life and equipping them to face challenges with confidence and resilience.

Training Session on National Curriculum Framework

Blue Bells Model School hosted an enriching in-house training session for its teachers on the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), organized by DIET, on 24th March 2025. The session was led by Ms. Shunil Tripathi, a renowned Visionary Career Coach and Financial Mentor and Ms. Sona Yadav, Lecturer, DIET English, who served as the resource persons. Mr. Muniram, DEEO, Gurugram, also graced the occasion. Teachers from Pole Star Public School and M.M Public School also attended, making it a collaborative learning experience. The training provided valuable insights into the NCF, empowering educators with essential tools and strategies to enhance their teaching practices in line with national standards.

Educational Visit to IIT Delhi: A Glimpse into Innovation

Blue Bells Model School organized an insightful visit to IIT Delhi for Grade XII Science students on March 20, 2025. The students explored the campus, visited the Chemical Engineering Department, and interacted with senior students. They observed research projects, viewed prominent hostels, and explored sports facilities. The visit provided a deeper understanding of academic excellence and technological advancements, inspiring students towards their future goals. We extend our gratitude to IIT Delhi and our school management.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work (Assembly by Class III E)

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” – Helen Keller

The students of Class III E showcased the power of unity and collaboration through a special assembly on the theme 'Teamwork Makes the Dream Work'. The event highlighted how working together helps us achieve common goals and creates a positive and supportive environment.

The assembly began with a soulful prayer, followed by the pledge, reminding everyone of their responsibilities towards the nation. The melodious school song filled the atmosphere with enthusiasm and pride.

Students presented an engaging thought for the day, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in everyday life. This was followed by a captivating skit, demonstrating how cooperation, trust, and helping each other can turn dreams into reality. Through the performance, students conveyed that every team member plays a crucial role in success.

An inspirational speech highlighted examples of teamwork from history, sports, and nature, inspiring everyone to work together in unity. The vibrant assembly also included a lively group song, reinforcing the message of togetherness.

Academic Coordinator, Ms. Kirti Yadav appreciated the efforts of the students and their class teacher, Ms. Vinita Bhan, for organizing such a heartwarming presentation.

The assembly served as a wonderful reminder that "Together Everyone Achieves More", leaving students inspired to embrace teamwork in their daily lives.

Awareness Session on E-Waste

 On March 04,2025, Recytronics Foundation organized an awareness session for the students of Primary Wing on E-Waste, aiming to educate students about the importance of responsible electronic waste management. The engaging session was conducted by Ms. Ria Sharma, Awareness Coordinator Intern at Recytronics, who is also a proud BBMS alumna from the batch of 2018. Ms Divya Arora (Pre-Sales Support) and Ms Anita (Business Development Manager) supported her all through the session. The session raised awareness about the hazards of e-waste and encouraged students to adopt environment friendly practices. Through this initiative, BBMS aims to instil a sense of responsibility among its students, empowering them to contribute to a sustainable future. The session was well-received by the students, who actively participated in the discussions and showed enthusiasm for making a positive impact on the environment.

Workshop on AI in Education

Blue Bells Model School organized an in-house training session on AI in Education on 6th and 8^th March 2025 which was attended by educators from all the wings.  The workshop was organized under the able guidance of Ms Anshuka Aneja , Deputy Director, IT Department. The session provided a comprehensive understanding of AI’s role in enhancing teaching strategies and student engagement. Ms. Sanjana Arora, IT Faculty  led the session, guiding teachers through various AI Platforms like Magic School , Gamma, Humata etc and its applications in lesson planning, rubrics, and assignments. The interactive, hands-on approach enabled teachers to explore AI tools in real time, making the learning experience both practical and engaging.

Life Below Water (Assembly by Class III C)

"The ocean is home to countless creatures, yet our actions determine whether they thrive or merely survive."

This thought-provoking quote beautifully set the stage for the special assembly organized by Class III-C on February 27, 2025, to raise awareness about the beauty and and the urgent need for its protection.

The assembly commenced with the School Prayer, School Song, and Thought of the Day, creating an atmosphere of reflection and learning. A compelling speech on the Underwater World followed, offering students valuable insights into the diverse yet vulnerable life beneath the waves.

Students showcased their creativity through a heartfelt poem and an energetic dance performance, depicting the diverse and vibrant marine animals. These performances entertained and educated the audience about the importance of protecting life underwater.

Vice Principal, Ms. Anshu Malika, applauded the efforts of the students and their class teacher, Ms. Priyanka Yadav. The assembly concluded with an address by Ms. Kiran Rawat, Primary Wing Leader, who encouraged the students to become sensitive towards all the living beings.

Impact of Technology on Our Lives (Assembly by Class III D)

"Technology is a gift of God. If used correctly, it can be a blessing to mankind." The students of Class III D conducted an insightful assembly on showcasing the impact of technology in our lives. The assembly began with a thought-provoking quote. The students presented a captivating poem highlighting the wonders of technology – how it helps us learn, connect with loved ones, and explore the world. A vibrant dance performance followed, showcasing the joy and creativity that technology can inspire. The highlight of the assembly was a short skit depicting the responsible use of technology. Students acted out scenarios demonstrating how to use technology safely, set time limits, and find a balance between online and offline activities. Culminating the assembly, all the students took a pledge to use technology wisely. The pledge emphasized responsible online behaviour, respecting others online, and using technology for learning and creativity. The Vice Principal, Ms. Anshu Kumar Malika, praised the students' presentations and stressed responsible digital literacy. Wing Leader, Ms. Kiran Rawat, applauded their dedication and highlighted critical thinking. Class Teacher, Ms. Srishti Seth, thanked them for their enthusiasm and encouraged lifelong learning. This assembly served as a valuable learning experience for the students, fostering awareness and encouraging them to embrace technology while using it thoughtfully and wisely.
