To mark the 76^th Independence Day for India, the FREEDOM RUN with Milind Soman, a renowned actor and fitness freak was organized on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at 5:30 am. by Delhi Public School International, Gurugram. A group of four enthusiastic sprinters under the guidance of the mentor, Mr Santosh participated in the event which aimed at spreading awareness about working actively towards peace, unity and harmony.

Harshit Garg Bags 3rd Prize at Online Streak India Finance Quiz

Congratulations to the winner !! Harshit Garg of Class IX B brought laurels to the school by winning third prize in Online Streak India Finance Quiz .He is awarded with a certificate and smart watch. MS Alka Singh, Principal congratulated the winner and told that we want the next generation to get smart with money and make prudent and educated financial decisions in the future.

Congratulation to the winner !! The mind is just like a muscle, the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets and the more it can expand. Enriching and expanding knowledge, Dhruv Jangra of IX B won a Certificate of Appreciation and a smart water bottle in Dr Kalam’s Might Minds Scholarship Programme. The Principal, Ms Alka Singh congratulated the winner and added that the programme aims to identify the mighty quotient among young minds through a series of scientific brain games.

BBMS BAGS PRIZES IN INTER - SCHOOL DANCE COMPETITION, NEXXT MOVE

In its true sense, dance is not just a good form of exercise, but is also a great source for boosting creativity, imagination, confidence and focus of young hearts. Therefore, when Euro International School, Sector 84 hosted an exciting Inter School Dance Competition, Nexxt Move, the students of Blue Bells Model School did not let the opportunity fly by & displayed their brilliant dancing skills. The students dressed in enticing traditional attires won the prizes for their remarkable performance. Sanchit Mallick, Class VI bagged second prize while Titiksha Kukreja, Class VII secured third prize leaving behind trails of contenders.

The Principal, Ms Alka Singh congratulated the winners and added that the diverse culture of India exquisitely treasures a wide variety of dance forms that vary in style of different regions across the country.

MBD OLYMPIAD

Our meticulous students have time and again proven that the ones who are successful are the ones who really want it. One has to have that inner drive otherwise it's not going to work out. MBD Olympiad (an MBD Group Initiative) was conducted during the summer break. It is an online MCQ-based Mathematics and Science test for students of Grades 6 to 8. As the test date was close to the beginning of the new academic session in India, students were tested on the syllabus of their previous grade. Namit Rajpal of Class VIII C clinched the Third Position and was rewarded with a Certificate of Recognition along with a gift card worth ? 3000/-. Vihaan Goyal of Class VI B grabbed the Consolation Prize and received a Certificate of Recognition along with a gift card worth ? 500/-. The School Management appreciated the students for their commendable results.

Jatin Virmani Badminton Tournament

Our superfine shuttlers participated in Jatin Virmani Badminton Tournament which was held on 2 & 3 July 2022 at Jatin Virmani Badminton Academy. They made the school proud by clinching laurels at various events. The award ceremony was held on 10 July 2022. The proud winners Aditya Batra of Class VI C; Ishita Sharma of Class V B and Ms. Nitu Kumari secured Runners Up Positions Under 12 Boys Singles; Under 12 Girls Singles and Open Women Singles respectively. They were appalled the audience with their splendid game.
