Music is a great unifier , a higher revelation of all wisdom and philosophy. Blue Bellians exemplified the words when they created magic with their scintillating performance in Carol Singing Competition , EMMANUEL- A MUSICAL CONSONANCE' , at St. Xavier's School, Gurugram on December 21,2019.

 

The school team presented their Carols amidst huge applause and appreciation of the participating schools and jury to clinch Second Runners Up Trophy in the coveted competition.

 

19 apex schools of Delhi & NCR showcased their brilliance at the event which in itself was a mesmerizing experience.

BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL PROVED ITS HALLMARK EXCELLENCE IN SPORTS ARENA

 

With esteem pleasure and elation , we wish to share the achievements of our sterling sports stars in varied championships  on December 21,2019.

 

The GPSC Table Tennis Championship was held at Salwan Public School Guugram. Our U/19 yrs. Boys & Girls teams competed with the seasoned teams of Gurugram and proved their supremacy on the table. The Boys U/19 yrs secured Winners Position. Complimenting the Boys team,  Girls U/19 yrs clinched the  Runner-up Position. 

National Golden Karate Cup Tournament was held at Talkatora Stadium New Delhi . The school team comprising of six members competed and bagged One  Gold & Three  Bronze Medals in the Tournament.

57th National Roller Skating Championship

Nikita Sahu, An Ace Skater of Blue Bells Model School Clinched Gold Medal in 57th National Roller Skating Championship

With immense pleasure, we feel elated to share that Nikita Sahu, an Ace Skater and Sports Captain of the school made not only her school proud but the state of Haryana also with her magnificent performance . Nikita clinched Gold Medal representing the state in 57th National Roller Skating Championship in the Senior Girls Inline Hockey Team.

The event held at Vishakhapatnam from December 18 to 24,2019 saw the participation of renowned state teams.

Winter Badminton Tournament

Another Glorious Achievement by Young Sports Stars of Blue Bells Model School in First Winter Badminton Tournament. 

Saiyam Nagpal (Class IX B) clinched the First Position in Singles U/17 Boys Category.

 

 Adding on to the accomplishment,  Deepesh Sachdeva & Saiyam Nagpal bagged  Second  Position in U/17 Boys Doubles Category. The First Winter Gurgaon District Badminton Tournament  was organised  at DPGITM,  Sec- 34, Gurugram from  December 13-15, 2019.

The effort of the school team on the court was lauded by the Match Referee and other participants as  they exhibited supreme game command and coordination.

INTERNATIONAL ADOLESCENT SUMMIT 2019

SPECTACULAR PERFORMANCE BY BLUE BELLS MODEL  SCHOOL IN THE INTERNATIONAL ADOLESCENT SUMMIT 2019 ONLIFE SKILLS, GENDER, SAFETY & SCHOOL WELLBEING

 

Creative people make pursuit of knowledge their priority.  Blue Bellians personified the saying when they competed and  proved their versatility by performing exceedingly well in varied competitions in the International Adolescent Summit 2019  on Life Skills, Values, Gender, School Health & Wellbeing organized by Expressions India (A CBSE empanelled agency), held at National Science Centre , New Delhi on December 12 & 13, 2019. The students participated in the event under the aegis of Health & Wellness Programme of the school. The prestigious event saw the participation of over 100 schools comprising of over 400 students across India. 

 

Our students made us proud with their  splendid performances and bagged the following prizes:

·        Muskan Yadav articulated and presented her thoughts magnificently and clinched Outstanding  Award in Rhetorics ( The Young Orators Championship).

·    Setting her dancing feet on, Mansi mesmerised everyone with her rhythmic Kathak  performance and clinched  the Special Jury Award in Sur Taal –Indian Classical or Western Solo Dance Performance.

·        Carrying forward the legacy of excellence , the Nukkad Natak on Empowering the Girl Child  by the students  - Khushi Jain, Muskan Yadav, Kshitij Budhiraja , Mansi and Kuhu Singh, was the show stopper and lauded by all.

 

The students were trained by the Health & Wellness Team and the Music, Art, Theatre & Dance Department.

INTER SCHOOL PAINTING COMPETITION

BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL PROUDLY PARTICIPATED IN INTER SCHOOL PAINTING COMPETITION TO MARK THE WORLD DISABILITY DAY 2019

World Disability Day was celebrated in Blue Bells Model School, Sec-4, Gurugram to sensitize students about people who are differently abled. A workshop on Sensitization and  awareness on Disability & Human Rights was conducted by the Khusboo Welfare Society, Center For Persons With Multiple Disabilities  in the school December 2, 2019.  On the same day, a Painting  Competition was organized for the students wherein they heartily participated and showcased their deep understanding of the concept .  .

The result of the competition was declared on December 10, 2019 . Anirudh Goswami of Class VI D bagged Third  Position  in the Inter School Painting Competition 2019. Harshita, Suhani, Anvesha of class VIII and Riddhima Tiwari, Himanshi of Clàss VI received Consolation Prizes,

The participation in the competition made the students more aware and empathetic towards differently-abled people.

RHYTHMIC RAGA - INTER SCHOOL CULTURAL FEST

Blue Bellians registered an emphatic win in varied competitions in Rhythmic Raga - an Inter School Cultural Fest at Amity International School, Sector 46 on November 30,2019.

 

The school team bagged Winners Trophy in Classical Dance Competition by performing Kathak dance form. Viswadeep Dutta clinched the Winners Trophy when he created a melodious symphony in Taal Tarang -Solo Tabla and Pakhawaj Playing Competition . Complementing the dance team and  instrumental music team, the vocalist gave a scintillating performance in Trio Singing Competition to win Second Position in the event.

 

Many renowned schools of Gurugram participated and competed in the various competitions.

The Management , Director and Principal congratulated the school Cultural team for their notable performance.

 

 

 

MOUNT OLYMPUS SPORTS LEAGUE 2019

BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL PROVED THEIR BRILLIANCE IN THE MOUNT OLYMPUS SPORTS LEAGUE 2019

 

The School team competed and excelled  in various games to clinch the  2nd Runners up Overall Trophy in the Mount Olympus Sports League 2019 organized  at Mount Olympus School , Sec 47, Gurugram on  November 30 and December 1,2019.

 

 The School teams participated in Football, Skating & Table Tennis Events in the Tournament and won laurels for the alma mater. The Results are as under :-

·        U/14 yrs Boys Football - First Runner's up Trophy.

·        U/11 yrs A team Boys Football - First Runner's up.

·        U/11 yrs B team Boys Football - 2nd Runner's up.

·        Table Tennis U/14 yrs Boys won First Runner's up & 2nd Runner's up position.

·        Skating U/11 yrs Girls (Aarohi Vats - IV) won the Silver medal in inline Skates.

·        Vaibhav (VIII) was  awarded as Best Goalkeeper.

 

The Management , Director and Principal congratulated the coaches and school team for this marvelous performance .

SHRI. B. D. GULATI MEMORIAL INTER SCHOOL TABLE TENNIS  TOURNAMENT

 

The enhancement of physical and mental development of children is  the most important contribution of sports . It is  also a powerful tool that breaks down all the barriers and helps us feel good about ourselves, both physically and mentally. In pursuance of this objective and  to pay a tribute to our Founder Chairperson Shri B.D. Gulati ji , Blue Bells Model  School proudly competed in  the Shri. B. D. Gulati Memorial Inter School Table Tennis  Tournament 2019 on November 28, 2019 at Blue Bells Public School, Sector 10, Gurugram.   

 

Eight  teams from school – four Girls & four  Boys in the  categories U/12, U/14, U/17, & U/19 competed in the tournament .  The school team won in four categories and on the basis of high point system , the school lifted the Overall Champions Trophy . The school team was elated as they were felicitated and blessed by Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati , esteemed Director , BBGS. Mr. Prashant Yadav (Alumni BBMS & Secretary District Table Tennis Association Gurugram) was the Special Guest on the occasion .

 

ICSQC'19

The Blue Bellians weaved magic when their creative outflow mesmerized the expert panel of jury and other participants In 22nd ICSQC'19 held at City Montessori School, Lucknow from November 27 to 30, 2019 .

 

 The students brought laurels for their alma mater by clinching the following prizes :-

·        First Position in Street Play 

·        Second Prize in Quality Quiz

·        Consolation Prize in Case Study

It was a proud moment for the school when Pratham Sharma, Cultural Secretary of the school was heartily lauded for his acting and presentation of Joker Act and he was rewarded with a Memorable Mention Award.

 

One of the biggest events in Northern India saw the participation of  145 teams  in International Convention For Students' Quality Circle from various countries and Indian States.
