INDIAN ACHIEVERS AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION & ENVIRONMENT

As the sand in the hourglass of life keeps running out, the countdown begins for the time that one has to achieve one’s ideals. Great achievements are usually born of excellence and perseverance. It was a proud moment for the Blue Bells Family when Dr. Alka Saxena , Deputy Director (Health & Wellness), BBGS was  conferred with  the coveted Indian Achievers Award for Excellence in Education & Environment, for her Outstanding Achievements And Remarkable Role in the Field Of Education & Distinguished Services to the Nation by Promoting Achievements Foundation on the occasion of National Seminar on “Outstanding Contribution For National Economic & Social Development “on June 30, 2019at New Delhi.

Dr. Saxena was felicitated amidst thundering applause of coterie of elite educationists from all over the country. It is a prestigious award which proves testimony to the accomplishment of   goals and outstanding achievements through innovation, leadership, dedication and commitment toward education.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AT LEARNER'S CONCLAVE 2019

Creativity, innovation, aesthetics, designing and out of box thinking was exhibited to the optimum by our students in Learner's Conclave at Lotus Valley International School on October 18 &19, 2019.

The Theatre team mesmerized the judges and audience with their skillful performance to clinch First Position in Skit and Monologue.

Setting the new styles and trends, the fashion divas of the school set the stage rocking with their magnificent design and modelling to bag the coveted Second Position.

Taking the global issue of water crisis, the tech geeks presented their views with precision and accuracy through the tech tool to win the Second Position in the prestigious Conclave.

Vision envisions the possibility of tomorrow in the framework of today, the students presented the thought of Robopsychologist, an automated machine offering psychological services to the humans. The team's effort for Vision 2050 was heartily appreciated by all and they clinched Second Position in the event.

NORTH INDIA KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP 2019

COMMENDABLE PERFORMANCE IN THE NORTH INDIA KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP 2019

The  Karate Champs of the school performed exceptionally to clinch Second Runners Up Trophy in the Sub-Junior Category in the North India Karate Championship on October 19 & 20, 2019 at Blue Bells Public School , Sector 10, Gurugram.

The happiness of the school team was optimum when they were felicitated by Madam Soumya Gulati, Deputy Director (Academic Development and Innovation), BBGS.

In Under 10 & 12 Age Categories, the school team bagged Five  Silver and Six  Bronze Medals and In Under 13 &14 Age Categories, the school won Two Bronze Medals.

The performance of Blue Bells Model School and Blue Bells Public School teams collectively contributed and Blue Bells Group of Schools lifted the Overall Mixed Trophy.

HARMONY & ECOFEST, INTER SCHOOL COMPETITION, PERFECT HEALTH MELA 2019

EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE AT HARMONY & ECOFEST, INTER SCHOOL COMPETITION, PERFECT HEALTH MELA 2019  

“Creativity is the whetstone of talent.”  Our students proved their versatility and mettle to continue the success saga at the Harmony & EcoFest, Inter School Competition, and Perfect Health Mela at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi on October 18 & 19, 2019.   The students participated in various competitions under the tutelage of the Health & Wellness Programme. The students surpassed fellow participants in all the events. They made indelible impressions in the following categories:   Day 1, October 18, 2019 (Friday)   First Prize in Group Song Singing Competition (VI-VIII)   First Prize in Painting by Soumya Goyal in Classes VI to VIII category   Second Prize in Yoga Display (Mixed Age Group)   Third Position in Choreography Competition (VI-XII)   Day 2, October 19, 2019 (Saturday)   First Position in Folk Dance (III-V) First Position in Show and Tell (III-V) Third Position in Nukkad Natak (VI-XII)   The theme for the competition this year was  "Harm Reduction" i.e how one can reduce the harm caused to each one of us“ on account of ever increasing pollution (air, indoor, water, noise etc.),disease outbreaks (like Dengue, Chikungunya, Japanese Encephalitis, Diarrohea, viral fevers etc.), in Delhi NCR. Renowned schools of Delhi & NCR competed in the event and it was a cut throat competition in all the events.

Vajinya 2019 –Commerce Fest

THE GLEAMING STUDENTS BROUGHT GRANDEUR TO THE SCHOOL

Carrying forward the legacy of achievements, the brilliant students of Blue Bells Model School, Sec-4 Gurugram, proved their spirit in Vajinya 2019 –Commerce Fest at New Era Public School, Maya Puri, New Delhi on October 16, 2019.

The school team comprising of Pearl Babbar and Namrata Munjal of Class XI C clinched Second Position in Market Kshetra Competition under Corporate Social Responsibility. The students showcased their idea of sustainable development by using the waste fabric to generate a new one which would further result in saving the resources for future. The entire Market Plan from the initiative to features, procurement, manufacturing, retail and distribution was presented before the expert panel. The judges appreciated the plan which also presented Implementation Framework, Cost Analysis and a constructive conclusion.

The Commerce Fest was attended and competed by sixteen esteemed schools of Delhi and NCR.

BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL CLINCHED THE FIRST RUNNERS UP TROPHY IN GPSC BASKET BALL TOURNAMENT 

“What counts in sports is not the victory, but the struggle with which we achieve milestones by being victorious against overwhelming odds.” This saying was personified by the Under 17 Boys Basket Ball Team when they bagged the First Runners Up Trophy at the GPSC Basket Ball Tournament hosted by Bal Bharti Public School, Manesar on October 15, 2019.

The school team exhibited tremendous coordination during the play time and showcased perfect game command and plan to outshine their competitors in all the spheres. Their performance today was a live example of their dedication, determination and devotion to reach their optimal potential.

Academic Rigor is the forte of Blue Bells Model School, Sector 4, Gurugram and every endeavour of the school is to provide a conducive environment wherein the students are empowered to excel academically. Our brilliant results in the Board Examinations have contributed tremendously in earning us the reputation of being one of the Best Schools of the region.  It is in recognition of this exemplary contribution of the school to provide quality education that the school was conferred the  2nd National School Leadership Awards 2019 in the category – ‘Excellent School for Excellence in Senior Secondary Results ‘. In Mind Game - An Inter School Quiz Competition hosted by HDFC School on October 15, 2019 the school's Middle School Team and Senior School Team clinched the First Runners Up Trophy respectively.

Twenty teams from renowned schools of Delhi & NCR like Modern School, Barakhamba Road, Tagore International, Vasant Vihar, DAV, Sec-14, Gurugram etc. competed in the prestigious Quiz which tested the knowledge in all domains of learning. The Middle School Team compromised of Armaan Sareen, ShreshthGaur,Vihaan Kapoor and Jatin Chutani. The Senior Team Quizzers were Rupam Taneja, Harsh Dahiya, Jitender and Divyam.

BAGGING PROMINENT POSITIONS IN SCIFEST-THE CATALYST AT DAV, SEC-14, GURUGRAM

“Accomplishment builds self-esteem and self confidence.” The school team exemplified the verbatim by clinching First Position in Ad-Mad Show and Second Position in Online Ad-Invent Competition at the Annual Science Event-SCIFEST-The Catalyst in DAV Public School, Sec-14, Gurugram on October15, 2019.

 The winning student team of Ad-Mad Show comprised of Krisha Gupta (VIII C), Kartikey Rustagi (VIII C) and Tanishi Chugh (VIII B). The students enthralled the judges and audience by presenting their advertisement on a new tea brand.

In the Online Ad-Invent Competition Shreyansh (VI B) and Aryan (VI A) proved their tech acumen to achieve glory by clinching the Second Position .The participants from twenty renowned schools of Delhi & NCR competed for the coveted positions in the Fest.

 Ignited minds are the most powerful resource compared to any resource on the earth.  Winning is our habit as whatever we desire, we accomplish, we achieve. The dexterous and tech savvy students of the school proved their technical mastery and finesse and performed marvellously to clinch the Overall Winners Trophy in Cybertronix -An Intra School Mega IT Fest hosted by Blue Bells Public School on October 12,2019.

The event was ideated by Ms. Anshuka Aneja, Deputy Director-IT, BBGS provided a unique learning platform to the students to hone their tech skills, cultivate the creative spirit, practical ability and encourage outstanding talents.

The school team bagged First Position in Still in Action, Fiction Depiction, and Groove Moove, Second Position in Appstorm, Sneak Preview, the Intellect, Creatica and Robo Terrain in Level 2, Third Position in Robo Terrain Level 1 and An Eye For An Eye.
