CBSE NORTH ZONE-II BADMINTON TOURNAMENT

In the CBSE North Zone-II Badminton Tournament held at The Sirsa School from  September 23 to 29, 2019 . 2019, the school’s Under Boys U17 & U19 teams participated in this tournament. The school teams gave splendid performance  and showcased supreme command playing against seasoned teams of the Zone to reach the Semi Finals of the prestigious National Level Tournament .

The teams won five matches in continuation winning against The Sunshine School Rohtak, DPS Panipat, Bhatinda Army School, Modern Vidya Niketan Faridabad and British School Chandigarh to register their Semi Final clash with DPS, Faridabad , the shutters  played very well and neck to neck till last point and  secured Second Runners UP Trophy  with Bronze Medal in the tournament of CBSE Schools of   North Zone of India.

The Management , Director and Principal congratulated the team and coach for a praiseworthy performance.

Great achievements are usually born of excellence and perseverance. It is a constant action towards a distant goal, an inexorable quest for excellence that brings in an overwhelming result.

It was a proud moment for the Blue Bells Family when Ms. Anshu Malika Kumar,  Middle Wing Incharge, Blue Bells Model School and Ms.  Madhu Gupta, PGT-Chemistry were  conferred with  the coveted National Teacher Award  by CED  Foundation Trust  for their outstanding contribution in  the development of the nation at the India International Centre,  New Delhi on September 8, 2019.

The meritorious members  were felicitated amidst thundering applause of coterie of elite educationists from all over the country . It is  a prestigious award which proves testimony to the accomplishment of   academic goals and outstanding achievements through innovation, inspiration, leadership, dedication and commitment towards learning by providing a safe and conducive environment to the students.

MI-ME-CARPE DIEM, INTER SCHOOL MI FEST AT AMITY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

In 'Carpe- Diem' - our Primary Wing students not only seized the day on August 31, 2019 but also stole everyone's hearts with their stupendous performances. The school bagged First Position in Dance, Second Position  in Ad -Mania and Third Position in Junk Band.

The students were guided by the Cultural Team and Health & Wellness Team members under the guidance of Dr. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director ( Health & Wellness), BBGS.

 The theme of event was Life Skills and our students perfectly showcased their understanding of emotions and coping with the same through a heart warming dance performance and clinched the First Position with their versatility and grace .

Grade III team bagged Second Position showcasing their dramatics and theatrical skills in Ad-Mania  .

With their rocking performance " The Junk Band "  clinched the Third Prize.

All the competitions were intricately woven to challenge, recognise and reward abilities across eight intelligences. The students performed magnificently depicting their deep understanding of the concept and won the hearty applause of all. Participants from renowned schools of Gurugram competed in the event.

ZONAL ROUND OF NATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY QUIZ

BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL TEAM CLINCHED SECOND RUNNERS UP POSITION   IN THE  ZONAL ROUND OF NATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY QUIZ   Under the guidance of Dr. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director ( Health & Wellness), BBGS , the psychology students of the school participated in the National Psychology Quiz. The students were mentored by Ms. Swati Nagpal, PGT Psychology.   In the Zonal  Round of Psych Ed,  a National Quiz on August 23, 2019,. under the aegis of Dr. Samir Parik, Director, Department of Mental Health And Behavioral Science, Fortis Health Care,the school team (Nandini Yadav, Kavya and Nirbhay) proved their mental agility to clinch the Second Runners Up Position.   The students extensively researched for this prestigious Quiz Competition which not only tested their knowledge but also their aptitude towards learning.   The Management , Director, Deputy Director ( Health & Wellness), BBGS and Principal congratulated the students and the mentor for a praiseworthy performance.

STELLAR PERFORMANCE BY BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL IN SGFI DISTRICT LEVEL ATHLETIC MEET 2019

Sports Genius of Blue Bells Model School added new colours of achievements by their magnificent performance in the SGFI District Level Athletic Meet held at DAV Police Public School, Gurugram on August 21,2019.

In the Under 12 and Under 14 Categories, Aarushi Gupta bagged First Position in Shot Put and Second in Discus Throw Event. Complimenting her senior, Sanvi Tyagi of class V also bagged Second Position in Shot Put Event.

Both Aarushi Gupta and Sanvi Tyagi have been selected for SGFI State Level Competition. The District Level Competition was attended by renowned schools of the District and the level of the events was tough.

ASTOUNDING PERFORMANCE BY BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL TEAM  IN E-COMM PARV 2019 AT DPS, SEC 45

 The Commerce Stream students proved their might and mettle by clinching Second Position in Treasure Trove Event (Join the Hunt!)  & Amalgam Ad Event ( Preparing a Musical Advertisement)   along with Third Position in GO DOODLE Event ( Doogle Sketching)  & ECOTOON Event (Cartoon Making Competition) . The prestigious Inter School Commerce and Economics Festival was hosted by DPS, Sec 45 on August 17,2019  wherein renowned schools of Delhi & NCR competed for the coveted positions.

LITERATI- AN INTER SCHOOL FESTIVAL OF LANGUAGES

STUPENDOUS PERFORMANCE BY BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL IN ‘LITERATI- AN INTER SCHOOL FESTIVAL OF LANGUAGES’

The School lifted the Winners Trophy with it's participation in Curtain Call – Theatre Event and Panorama – Online Poetry Competition in ‘Literati- An Inter School Festival Of Languages organized at Amity International School, Sector-46, Gurugram on August 16, 2019.

The Theatre Group enthralled and mesmerized the audience and presented a visual fiesta when they showcased a Scene from Othello –A Shakespearean Classic. The emotions were so immaculately addressed and presented that the audience thunderously applauded the efforts by the students. The judges were also spellbound with the magnificence of the performance and the school team bagged the First Position in the Competition which saw the participation of renowned schools of Gurugram.

Kartik Mor of Class V bagged the First Position and Winners Trophy in Panorama-the Online Poetry Competition held on August 8, 2019 as a part of Literati Online Competitions. Many reputed schools of Delhi-NCR participated in the prestigious competition .

“Creativity is the incubation of the vision, to nurture it into a living and inspiring reality.” The Students of Blue Bells Model School proved their mettle by bagging First Position in Tech Quiz- Tech Intellect  & Nukkad Natak –Manchtantra and Second Position in Web Designing and Programming  in the E- Colosseum - A Technology Competition organized by DAV, Sec 48 on  August 09, 2019.

The students who brought laurels for the alma mater by competing against the participants of renowned schools of Gurugram were Roopam Taneja & Harsh Dahiya for Tech Quiz, Bhavya Singh & Prassiddhi for Web Designing  and  Bhavya & Om for Programming.  Our  twelve blossoming theatre actors  mesmerized and sensitized everyone on the hot topic of debate- MEDIA LITERACY . The entire auditorium was abuzz with thunderous applause when the team performed.

The Management , Director , Deputy Director –IT and Principal extended their felicitations to the students and their mentors for this wonderful achievement.

SHALOM  CONCLAVE 2019

“ The Ultimate victory in competition is derived from the inner strength you have to emerge as a winner fighting against odds…..” The students exemplified themselves in the Annual Inter - School Competition, Shalom Conclave – 2019, on August 9, 2019 .  The school clinched Winners Trophy  in Math-o-Pedia and First Runners Up Trophy in Art-o-Mania .

Vaibhav Semwal and Anurag Sangwan of Class IX exhibited exceptional computing , mathematical and analytical skill to march ahead of all the other competitors and registered their superior command by clinching Winners Trophy in Math-o-Pedia , Mathematics based Competition.

In Art-o-Mania , Vandita Mitter and Medhansh Singh of Class III created magic with colours and their innovative depiction of the concept given and bagged the First Runners Up Trophy in the competition where students from many renowned schools of Gurugram competed for the coveted position .
