INDIA CALLING – AN INTER SCHOOL EVENT 2019-20

“There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children one of these is roots, the other, wings.” The Budding Musicians of Blue Bells Model School took everyone to a state of trans with the music they composed and created magic with their rhythmic instrumental symphony.

 The school team clinched the Second Runners Up Trophy in Rap Relay at India Calling –Navodit Bharat , an Inter  School Event at Manav Rachna International School on August 8,2019. The event witnessed the participation of renowned GPSC Schools.

PATHWAYS MUN 2019

With the aim of creating a positive impact and express the views on a wider platform along with highlighting world problems and suggesting measures to combat them ,the students of Blue Bells Model School participated in Pathways MUN 2019 at Pathways School, Noida from August 7 to 9, 2019.

It was a moment of immense pride when Viraj Kanwar of Class XII F was awarded with Special Mention of the Conference amidst 200 delegates from all renowned schools of Delhi & NCR competing in the event.

The feat attained by the student is remarkable as this was the first time when Viraj took part in MUN . He researched extensively and presented his paper with command and conviction. He was heartily lauded by all.

XAVENIUM

ENTHRALLING PERFORMANCE  BY BLUE BELLS MODEL  SCHOOL AT  XAVENIUM – INTER SCHOOL COMPETITION AT ST. XAVIER’S HIGH SCHOOL

“ Creative people make pursuit of knowledge their priority as they can visualize a thing in a different light...”  The  saga of success continued for Blue Bells Model School team as they  left an indelible imprint in “Xavenium”, an Inter- School Competition at  St. Xavier’s High School ,Gurugram from  August 7 – August 9, 2019 .

Our budding actors from Grade IV Daksh Gera , Shuarya S. Ahluwalia , Avnika Duggal , Akshay Kataria , Dhairya Khurana , HardikDheer , Keya Gupta , Dipit Yadav , Advait Prasad, Vansh Qamra, Shashwat Semwal and Adhaya Bisht  showcased their acting talent and  performed exceedingly well to clinch the coveted  First Runners Up Trophy in Nukkad Natak .

The little dancers from Grade III mesmerized everyone with their well choreographed dance moves and bagged the First Runners Up Trophy in the Dance Presentation - Footloose. The Winning Team from Grade III comprised of Charvi Gupta ,Diyaan Agarwal , Sanchit Malik , Yashika Yadav , Diya Bhutani , Shubhi Sharma , Manya Pahuja and N . Sahasra.

With their oratorical might and scientific temperament, the team from Grade IV Harsheeta Gahlot and Pari Kathpal bagged the Second Runners’ Up Trophy in Herbal Garden - Green Thumb Activity.

The students were highly lauded for their magnificent and flawless presentations. They were facilitated with individual trophies and certificates.

Prize Distribution Ceremony

‘There are always new, grander challenges to confront and a true winner embraces each of them.’

Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement and nothing can be done without hope and confidence. Students of Blue Bells Model School, Gurugram believe in this and work consistently to prove their determination and acumen in every sphere. The esteemed institution also provides a platform and an amiable environment to nurture each and every mastermind. A Prize Distribution Ceremony was organized on August 3rd, 2019 to give due recognition to the academic winners of the school for classes III-XII, session 2018-2019. Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati, the Director of BBGS graced the occasion with her benign presence. The auspicious occasion commenced on a ceremonial note with the rendition of shlokas followed by a melodious presentation of a group song. The Director addressed the gathering and extended a hearty welcome to all the parents and congratulated them for the commendable success of their wards. A group dance performance by the students of the school vibrance and colour to the event. The Director felicitated the meritorious achievers by giving away the prizes to them and urged them to strive for excellence in all their future pursuits. The ceremony was wrapped up with a vote of thanks by Ms. Kiran Rawat.

STELLAR PERFORMANCE BY BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL IN  GENESIS- HEALTH & WELLNESS FIESTA – AN INTER SCHOOL MEGA LIFE SKILLS EVENT 2019-20

We, at Blue Bells strongly  feel that if the foundation of values is strongly laid and children are equipped in their life skills then future will naturally be secure, as these children will grow up to become committed and confident citizens. 

In sync with the objective of honing desired excellence  by  meticulously refining and polishing  the 21st Century Skills , the students participated in GENESIS-The Health & Wellness Fiesta , an Inter School Mega Life Skills Event at Blue Bells Public School on August 3, 2019 under the aegis of the Health & Wellness Programme of the school. The students were trained and mentored by the Health & Wellness Team , Art Department and Cultural Department under the inspirational leadership of Dr. Alka Saxena, Deputy  Director ( Health and Wellness),BBGS,  who played a phenomenal role in guiding the team to help the  students discover their inherent potential.

The students performed exceedingly well and proved their excellence and clinched First Position  in Street Play . The school Team  also bagged the Overall Winners Trophy.

The Success Saga Continues for Blue Bells Model School.

Young Blue Bellians stamp their hallmark of marvel at an Inter School Competition. A moment of immense pride and happiness when our students from the Primary Wing of Blue Bells Model School showcased their talent  and bagged prizes at an Inter School Competition “Parichay – The Talent Buzz” conducted by The Maurya School, Gurugram on August 03, 2019. 

Our little ones won the hearts of all with their rhythmic might and dramatics skills.

Students from Grade 4  bagged 3rd Prize in Golden Dreams - Group Song and 

students from Grade 3 bagged 3rd prize in  Nukkad Natak.

ANOTHER GLORIOUS ACHIEVEMENT BY BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL IN HARYANA SCHOOL DISTRICT SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP

Rishabh Dhillon of Class XI performed exceptionally well and clinched Two Silver in 800 m Freestyle and 200m Breast Stroke, and Bronze in 100 m Breaststroke. The Championship was organised at Amity International School , Sec-46 on August 1,2019 and saw the enthusiastic participation of swimming champions of varied schools of Haryana.

Kudos to the swimming champ for this wonderful performance!

HARYANA SCHOOL DISTRICT VOLLEYBALL GIRLS TOURNAMENT

BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL LIFTED THE  CHAMPIONS TROPHY  IN THE

HARYANA SCHOOL DISTRICT VOLLEYBALL GIRLS TOURNAMENT 

‘Dreams  come true when one has the courage  to pursue them.’ This verbatim was exemplified to perfection by the Under 14 Girls Volley Ball Team of the school when they lifted the Champions Trophy in the  Haryana School District Volleyball Girls Tournament held at  Colonel Public School 37C Pataudi Road Gurugram from  July 29 to July 31, 2019 . The School’s Under 14 Girls Volley Ball   Team is now selected to play in the Haryana School State Volleyball Championship 2019-20. 

The school’s Under 19  & Under 17  Girls team competed and played to their optimum  potential to reach the Semi Finals of the Tournament.  All the seasoned  teams from  Government  Schools and  Public Schools like  DPS-45, Salwan Public School,BBMS Sec-4, Bal Barti School, DPs Maruti Kunj, BBPS Sec-10, Heritage School, Raman Munjal School, Amity School, St. Crispin School, Ryan International School and Suraj Public School etc  played to perfection to clinch the coveted Trophy and position at the District Level to qualify for the state .

Kudos the team and the coach for this astounding feat !

SCINTILLATING PERFORMANCE BY BLUE BELLIANS IN SCHOOL DISTRICT KARATE TOURNAMENT

Blue Bells Model School bagged Gold in the Under 14 Boys & Under 14 Girls Category in the School District Karate Tournament held at D.A.V, Sec -14 , Gurugram from July 29 to August 1, 2019 .

Amritesh Gothwal of Class IX won a Gold Medal in U- 14 Category in Kumite (Karate) and Naina Gothwal of Class VII clinched Gold in U-14 in Kumite (Kerate).Both students are selected for Haryana school State Karate Championship.

Around 400 students from the District participated and competed in the event . Amritesh and Naina Gothwal performed outstandingly and were lauded by all .
