42ND SHRI RAM MEMORIAL DEBATE COMPETITION

BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL PROVED ITS METTLE YET AGAIN IN THE 42^ND SHRI RAM MEMORIAL DEBATE  COMPETITION  ORGANIZED BY DEBATING SOCIETY , SRCC , DELHI UNIVERSITY

“Deliberation and Debate is the way you stir the soul of the democracy.” Mannat Arora , exemplified these words when she was adjudged with the Best Speaker Award presenting her Views Against The Motion on a very challenging topic- ‘The Strong Need The Weak More’ on April 2, 2019. The prestigious Debate Competition was organized by the Debating Society , SRCC , Delhi University .

Debate not only develops communication skills, research and critical thinking, but it also provides a simulating environment to foster team unity . Mannat  gave a tough competition to all the competitors from the renowned  colleges of  University of Delhi like SRCC, Hindu College, Daulat Ram College and many more . She won the appreciation and applaud of  not only the esteemed jury but also fellow participants  for her extraordinary diction , presentation and brilliant ideas.

The Management , Director and Principal of the school  extended their heartiest felicitations  to Mannat for this marvelous feat . This is just the right beginning for her marvelous sojourn.

Psychology – the New Science

Our students participated in National level online Psychology Quiz- UNIQUIZ by Unique Psychological Services. Deepanshi of class XII secured Second Runner up Position in the quiz and also got 15 days free internship worth Rs 5500 at Unique Institute of Behavioral Science.  Along with it, three students of class XI,Nandini Yadav, Kavya Nijhawan, and Ishika Sehrawat got high achievers medals and certificates. In addition the enthusiastic participation of the students made them clinch the Best Psychology Department 2018 Award. Ms. Swati Nagpal was also awarded as the Best Psychology Teacher award.

Asian International Karate Championship

Blue Bells Model School is yet again proud to share the glorious feat of Naina Gothwal (VI) and Amritesh Gothwal (VIII) who bagged Gold and Silver Medal respectively in Asian International Karate Championship held from 9^th -10^thFebruary 2019 at Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Sports Complex,Mumbai. The vibrant performers stood out by surpassing the participants of 11 Countries across the world.We congratulate the young achievers and seek the blessings of our mentors for their future pursuits.

Inter School Junior Duathlon

Kudos to the Sterling star!!

Krishna Soni (VI) from Blue Bells Model School shines in Inter School Junior Duathlon which was organized by The Times of India on February 03, 2019. We are highly elated to share that Krishna bagged First prize in U12 category by outshining the fellow contenders thereby covering 4 kms distance (2 kms cycling and 2 kms running).

The vibrant performer was felicitated with the gift vouchers of Rs 6000/- for his stupendous performance. We congratulate the young achiever and seek the blessings of our mentors for his future pursuits.

The students of Blue Bells Model School Sec-4, Gurugram marvelled in CBSE Regional Level Science Exhibition

All glory comes from the daring to begin. Yet another magnificent chapter is added in the history of achievements by the brilliant and meticulous Science Wizards of Blue Bells Model School who proved their prowess in an Inter-School Competition in CBSE Regional Level exhibition held from 30-31 January, 2019 at D.A.V Public School, Sec-49, Gurugram. Vaibhav Semwal and Akagra Sharma displayed their model on UTS (Unbreakable Traffic System) and got selected for the CBSE National Level Exhibition. The team outshone 110 exhibits that were displayed by 65 schools from Panchkula region. The model displayed by Jayant Taneja and Aum Singhal on the theme ‘Cities & Society from Disabled to smartly enabled’ received huge applaud and appreciation from the judges and the other participating schools for their unswerving presentation.

56th National Roller Skating Championship

Proud Blue Bellian Nikita Sahu brings unbeatable glory by clinching Gold Medal in 56th National Roller Skating Championship held at Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

The foundation of bright future is laid in toiling hours of today and this is what Blue Bellians believe in. Nikita Sahu  showcased magnificent performance on the Spectrum of Prominence yet again by bagging Gold Medal in 56th National Roller Skating Championship held at Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh from 18th Dec to 23rd December.

Nikita was the only girl selected from Gurugram in Senior Girls Inline Hockey Team for Haryana. She was also felicitated with a special Medal and Certificate for her previous achievement of clinching Silver Medal in International Championship held at Namwon, South Korea. The spectacular performer made her alma mater proud with outstanding accomplishment.

IRC 2018 (GRAND FINALE)

The students participated in IRC GRAND FINALE NATIONAL LEVEL held at Tyagraj Stadium, New Delhi by Building Block. Five of our teams participated in different categories and the team comprising of Aum Singhal, Mayureshwar, Giri Gupta and Yatharth Mittal secured Third Position and qualified for International Level.

Blue Bells Group of Schools bears the testimony that dedication coupled with hard work paves the way to success. In sync with this, Health & Wellness team under the proficient guidance of Dr. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director (Health & Wellness), Blue Bells Group of Schools has been consistently working towards the holistic development of the students. Under the aegis of Health & Wellness Program,the students of Blue Bells Model School participated in the International Adolescent Summit on Life Skills, Values, Gender & School Wellbeing-2018, organized by Expressions India from 4th to 6th December, 2018 at India Islamic Cultural Centre, New Delhi. The three-day event provided them with a platform to showcase and prune their skills through a plethora of competitions like –Utopia-On the Spot Painting, Whiz Quiz- The Adolescent Quiz, Sur Sangam-Inspirational Songs, Rhadopsy- Create a Thematic Jingle, Sur Taal- Indian Classical Solo Dance and Rhetorics- The Young Orators Championship. Our students combated with 55 prestigious schools across India. Navanshu Sharma carved a niche by bagging exemplary performance Award (first position) for her performance in ‘Sur Sangam-Inspirational Songs’, Mannat Arora got special jury award for ‘Rhetorics- The Young Orators Championship’,and Swasti Sharma clinched out-standing performance award (Second Position) for her performance in ‘Sur Taal- Indian Classical dance’. Manya Gupta , Kritika and Snigdha (IX) were also felicitated with Medals and Certificates for their participation in Rhapsody , Quiz and on the spot Painting Competition. The students made their alma mater proud and elated by winning the laurels.

Inter-school Sports Meet-2018

Our students showcased magnificent performance in Inter-school Sports Meet-2018 by bagging the Champions Trophy in the Inter-school U-14 Girls Volleyball Tournament held at Raman Munjal School from 29thNovember-1st December, 2018. The event provided a platform to hone the sportive abilities of the students with an ambition to bring out their best and acknowledge their propensities. Our students also astounded everyone through their commendable performance in various athletic events. Aryan Chauhan won Gold Medal in 200mt. race and Bronze Medal in Long Jump, Arushi Gupta clinched Silver Medal in Shot Put and Bronze Medal in Long Jump, Gaurav Kaushik bagged Silver Medal in Shot Put and Vansh Madan bagged Bronze Medal in 100 mt. race. The students indeed made their alma mater proud through this magnificent achievement.

Bharat Shaurya Shri Award 2018

“Ms. Madhu Gupta from our school carved a niche by winning "Bharat Shaurya Shri Award 2018" A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love for learning. Ms. Madhu Gupta, P.G.T. Chemistry, believes in this and makes consistent endeavours for the betterment of her students’ performance. Even hard shelled competitive exam becomes an easy nut to crack for her students, thus opening doors for them to enter prestigious professional colleges and they achieve the potential to excel in vivid expanses. Her relentless efforts in the field of education are well acknowledged and in sync with this, she was honoured with "Bharat Shaurya Shri Award 2018" on 29th November. The award was conferred on her by Mr. Rajesh Diwakar, member of Lok Sabha U.P; Mr. Vijay Singh Yadav, member of Rajya Sabha; Arjun Awardee International Wrestler Mr. Virender Singh and Bharat Gaurav Awardee Mr. Sandesh Yadav, member of Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India at Ambedkar International Center, Janpath, New Delhi for her dedicated, distinguished and meritorious service. 30 eminent personalities across the country were awarded on the grand event for the inexorable work in their respective arenas.
