SOF OLYMPIAD WINNERS 2016-17

Our students have always proved their worth by participating in various Olympiads and coming up in flying colours. Here are the proud winners of SOF Olympiads who proved their mettle at Zonal and International Level.

SGFI BLOCK LEVEL COMPETITION

Our students participated in SGFI Athletics Block Level Competition held at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, Gurgaon on August 29, 2017. They participated in Shotput Event and bagged laurels through their magnificent performance.

Manya, Under 14 Category- I position (Gold Medal)

Mayureshwar, Under 14 category- II position (Silver Medal)

Rustam, Under 19 category- II position (Silver Medal)

Approx 550 students participated in the same from different schools of Gurgaon.

SGFI District Shooting Championship

Ayush Chauhan of Class VI secured 2nd position in SGFI District Shooting Championship held at DPS, Maruti Kunj from 29th-30th August, 2017.

INTER-SCHOOL COMPETITION – MINDBOX

Technology is best when it comes into the domain of fetching laurels. Our students participated in Inter-school Design Championship organized by Mindbox under the aegis of ARK Infosolutions at Modern School BarakhambaRoad, Delhi. This was an online championship 150 prestigious schools participated at regional level and 20 finalists were selected out of them. Our team bagged the Runners Up trophy in Movie Making. Naman, Darpan, Aditya and Kartik Wadhwa are the proud winners; they were highly praised for their exceptional creativity.

The gleaming Bluebellians brought grandeur to Blue Bells Model School

Maintaining the practice of achievements, the brilliant students of Blue Bells Model School, Sec-4 Gurgaon, proved their spirit in different contests held at different schools. The IT Wizards of ‘Blue Bells Model School Sec-4, Gurgaon have proven their adroitness once again. In the ‘Interschool PowerPoint Presentation Competition’ held at Rabindranath World School, Gurgaon the Bluebellians  Kashish Bhasin and Aviral Gupta were adjudged the ‘2nd Runners Up’ amongst the contestants of fourteen other schools. The team presented their PPT on the given topic ' Internet: The Death of Newspaper'.The cyber success continued with Vaibhav Semwal  getting the  Second Prize in Game Designing in an Interschool Competition organised at Bal Bharti School, Dwarka. The students of Senior Wing participated in Psych-Ed-national Psychology Quiz which was conducted under the aegis of Fortis Healthcare. The meticulous team of psychology students bagged the position of Second Runners Up in the Semi-finals of Northern Zone organized at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon. The Wing In-charges, Principal of the school Ms. Chandan Dhawan blessed and congratulated the students for their sincere efforts.

DISTRICT BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIP

The Haryana Government School District Championship was organized in The Heritage School, Gurgaon. The students participated in the championship with full gusto. Their passion helped them emerge as the winners in the U-17 Category. Chirag, Deepesh and Garvit were selected for State Level Tournament. Sanyam Nagpal also got selected for State Level Tournament in the U-14 category. 

UNEXPLORED REALMS

Our students participated in the Inter-school Science Seminar organized by CCA School, Gurgaon. Yaghika Beniwal participated in the Declamation Competition and bagged the ‘First Prize’ displaying her excellent oratorical skills.

ANVESHAN 2017

Music is the flair of Blue Bellians and this was proved in the largest music competition ANVESHAN 2017 organised by ITIHAS. Three teams – Chesta (Class III - V), Jumbish (Class VI – VIII) and Udgaar (Class IX – XII) – participated in the competition wherein the junior team of the school ‘Chesta’ qualified for the national level finals which will be held on August 29, 2017.

‘INTACH HERITAGE QUIZ’

Maintaining the tradition of achievements, the talented students of Blue Bells Model School, Sec-4 Gurgaon, proved their mettle in ‘Intach Heritage Quiz’ organized at G. D Goenka Public School the Blue Bellians  bagged  the ‘First Position’ and  emerged as ‘City Toppers’. Displaying exceptional presence of mind and agility the scholars beat contestants from 22 prestigious schools of Gurgaon.

SHUTTER BUGS 2.0

Our students participated in Shutter Bugs 2.0 – a photography competition held at Ryan International School, Gurgaon. They participated in three events named ‘Surprise’, ‘Them-o-matic’ and ‘Click a Spot’. Dhruv Gera of Class XII bagged Third Prize for his astounding photography skills.
