Circular No. 83

Dear Parents,

We are delighted to inform you that our school is hosting BBIMUN – India’s largest school-level Model United Nations, on 3rd and 4th October 2026 (Saturday & Sunday). This prestigious event will be organised within our campus, bringing together young delegates from across the country for a grand learning experience.

As part of this initiative, we are offering our students of classes VI to IX an exclusive opportunity to be volunteers for the conference. This will allow them to gain hands-on exposure to the working of a large-scale academic event, helping them build confidence, organisational ability, communication skills, and leadership qualities.

By being part of the organising team, students will experience the value of teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and discipline, all of which are crucial for success in the 21st century. Such experiences go beyond the classroom and prepare them for challenges in higher education and future careers.

All student volunteers will be provided with:

   •A specially designed BBIMUN T-shirt

   •Refreshments during the event

•A Certificate of Participation recognising their contribution (This participation certificate adds to the student profile for Academic Bank of Credits.)

•Necessary materials and guidance for their assigned duties

To ensure that our students are confident and prepared, training sessions will be conducted prior to the event. These sessions will help them understand their responsibilities and perform their roles effectively.

The total participation fee is ₹1500 (Cash Only)
