Annual Function 2026: Consent & Paradigm Shift

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Blue Bells Model School!

In alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the directives on Art-Integrated Education, our school views the upcoming Annual Function not just as a cultural celebration, but as an essential experiential learning module.

We are delighted to announce our upcoming Annual Function 2026, a grand celebration designed to showcase the creativity, talent, and collaborative spirit of our students across all grades. This event is designed to give our students a platform for holistic development, helping them build confidence, express creativity, and learn through experiential art forms like drama, dance, and music. Your belief in our children fuels our efforts, and we look forward to creating yet another extraordinary milestone together.

 Kindly refer to the details outlined below:

·         The Annual Function will be held in December 2026.

·         The function will include performances by students from all grades.

·         Each student will have a customized costume tailored to their role in the event which would be handed over to the parents once the event is over.

·         A nominal charge of Rs 2000/- per child will be levied to cover costume, make-up and related expenses.

·         Kindly submit the amount and consent form by September 10, 2026. Your consent enables us to Plan rehearsals, logistics, and resources effectively. Ensure every child’s safety, comfort, and meaningful participation

·         Students will participate in Technical and Dress Rehearsal prior to the main event.

·         Fresh and healthy refreshments will be provided to all participants during dress rehearsal and on the event day.

Your continued support and encouragement will empower your child to perform with confidence and joy.
