Inter-School Competition ‘Curio’

There is a powerful driving force inside every human being that, once unleashed, can make any vision, dream, or desire a reality. Our versatile students proved their ingenuity in the Inter- School Competition Curio held at K.R Mangalam World School, Gurugram on 30th October 2018. Shagun Jain and Riya Bhatt of class IX clinched I position in the event AD-MAD. The team was applauded for its exemplary coordination, innovation and on- stage presentation. Lavanya Kathuria and Aum Singhal of class XI earned II position in the event Boom Box owing to their oratorical skills along with spontaneity and synchronization. Ridhi Sinha Roy of class V secured III position in the event Pattachitra. The Principal and staff congratulated the winners for their remarkable performance and showered their blessings for their future endeavours.

Zonal Level Inter-School Robotics Challenge 2018

Every great accomplishment rests on the foundation of what came before it; when one traces it back, he will see one small step that started it all. Our tech wizards participated in the Zonal Level Inter-School Robotics Challenge 2018 organized by Building Blocks at The Maurya School Gurugram on 27 October, 2018. The team from the school partook at all the levels and made the Robots take their routes as per the given condition. The contestants from the  Junior Level team Ansh Rao, Ishaan Singh, Angad Jassal, Tanishk Agarwal, Middle  Level team Raunak Mittal , Jai Manik , Manan Arya  and Mitesh Sharma and Senior Level team Aum Singhal, Giri Gupta , Yatharth Mittal and  Mayureshwar clinched  Second Runners Up  position by exhibiting their remarkable proficiency in driving their robots. The achievers of the school were congratulated for  adding another shining feather in  the school’s record of victory.

CREATIVE PEARL-2018

The senior students of the school Jaishree, Bhavika, Adita, Yaghika Beniwal, Kavya Nijhavan, Astha ,Kamakshi, Seja and Vidushi participated in ‘CREATIVE PEARL-2018’ an Inter –school Creative Competition organized at Pearl Academy, New Delhi on 26th October, 2018. They bagged I prize in the event ‘Fashion Stylist’, III position in the events ‘Creative Fashion Magazine’ and ‘Fashion: Create it’ respectively.Through their admirable performance they added to the pride and honour of their alma meter.

MTNL Perfect Health Mela

Ecolosseum 2018

Success is the result of perfection, hard work and persistence. The Blue Bellians testified the adage by bringing honours to the school by participating in the Inter-school event “Ecolosseum 2018” organized by D.A.V. Public School, Sec-49, Gurugram on 25^th October 2018. The tech wizards Jatin  and Vaibhav  took part in the event “Plot Twist” and clinched II position for creating a comic strip animation using Scratch. Harsh Dahiya and Roopam Taneja, the IT aspirant participated in the event ‘Tech Intellect’ and secured II  position by qualifying a test of technical and IT knowledge.

NCC ANNUAL TRAINING

Our NCC Cadets participated in a two days’ NCC Annual Training Camp held from October 17-18, 2018. Girls Volleyball Team got Runners up Position. Third Prize was bagged by Parul Yadav for the Poster Making.

28th Rajasthani Group Folk Dance Competition

One’s positive action combined with positive thinking results in success. The Blue Bellians proved this proverb by clinching the fourth position in 28th Rajathani Group Folk Dance Competition. The students of Middle Wing participated in the event on 5th October 2018 at Maulankar Hall Rafi Marg, New Delhi organised by Rajasthani Folk Academy. The talented winners were awarded with medals, trophy, certificate and cash prize of Rs 3100.

CBSE North Zone - II Skating Championship

Akanksha Mehta of Class X will compete for ‘CBSE National Level Skating Championship 2018’ Every worthwhile accomplishment has its stages of beginning, struggle, and victory. Akanksha Mehta, an ace skater has proved this statement through her self-belief and industrious efforts. By displaying her excellent skating agility she has qualified to compete for CBSE National Championship 2018. She participated in CBSE North Zone II Skating Championship 2018 held at BDM Public School, Ajnala, Amritsar from 4th October to 7th October 2018. She clinched silver medal competing with the contestants of 800 school. 

HINDI DIWAS

Rachna Sagar Private Limited organized a Kala Kaushal Event for the students to showcase their talent in four different levels. In Level II Shubhreet Kaur of Class IV participated in ‘Prantiya Vesh-bhusha’ and bagged the First Prize. Tanish of Class V participated in ‘Rachnatmak Karya’ for Level III and grabbed First Position. In Level IV Dishita Singh of Class VIII secured First Position in ‘Chitrankan’. Namrata Munjal of Class X bagged First Position by participating in ‘Vigyapan Lekhan’.

Haryana State Rifle Shooting Competition’

‘Ideas pull the trigger, but determination gets one there.’

Every great work and every big accomplishment has been brought into manifestation through focused vision. The young shooter Ayush Chauhan of the school proved this maxim true by securing Silver Medal in Haryana State Rifle Shooting Competition held from 3rd to 4th October 2018 at Kurukshetra. He bagged this position in this tournament by scoring 366 points out of 400 and was declared as the Second-Best Shooter of Haryana. The ace shooter will compete for SGFI (School Games Federation of India) National to be held at Pune in November 2018. The school congratulated him for his noteworthy performance and wished him luck and success for his National Tournament
