IBM Student Internship Program

We are pleased to inform you that registrations are now open for the IBM Student Internship Program.

As per the proposal received for the IBM School Internship Program, students of Classes VIII–XII are eligible to apply for the internship. The program offers an opportunity to gain industry exposure, enhance technical and professional skills, and experience learning through a program associated with IBM.

Program Details

  • Eligibility for Internship: Students of Classes VIII–XII
  • Duration: 60 Hours
  • Mode: Online
  • Registration Fee: ₹2,000 + 18% GST
  • Organized by: IBM

Available Internship Domains

Students may choose one of the following domains:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Generative AI
  • Data Science / Data Analytics
  • Cyber Security
  • Cloud Computing
  • Full Stack Web Development
  • Internet of Things (IoT)

Certification

A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the internship, as per the program guidelines.

Stipend Eligibility

As per the information shared by the organizers, only students who are 16 years of age or above, have their own bank account, and successfully fulfil all the prescribed program requirements may be eligible to claim a government stipend of up to ₹4,000, subject to the applicable eligibility criteria.

Please Note: Students studying in Classes VIII–XII may register and participate in the internship irrespective of their age. However, the stipend benefit is applicable only to students who are 16 years of age or above and who fulfil all the conditions specified by the organizers.

 

 

 

Important Information

  • The organizers have informed us that the total fee is ₹2,600 per student per domain. However, this amount requires clarification, as 18% GST on ₹2,000 amounts to ₹2,360.
  • Students and parents are advised to carefully review all the information provided in the registration portal, including the curriculum, certification, fee payment, stipend eligibility, and other program guidelines before completing the registration.
