SUMMARY REPORT – EXAM STRESS MANAGEMENT & VISION BOARD CREATION

An interactive workshop on Exam Stress Management and Building a Positive Future was conducted for Class X and XII students at Blue Bells Model School (BBMS) on 9 October 2026, facilitated by Ms Chetna from My Peegu under the aegis of the Health & Wellness Programme. The session aimed to equip students with practical strategies to manage examination-related stress, develop a positive mindset and work towards their academic and future aspirations with confidence. Through open discussions, students identified common stress triggers, including fear of failure, parental expectations, peer comparison and inadequate planning. The facilitator emphasised effective stress management through realistic goal setting, breaking the syllabus into manageable targets, preparing structured study timetables, prioritising tasks, regular revision, positive self-talk and maintaining healthy routines to support concentration and emotional wellbeing.

As part of the experiential activity, students created individual Vision Boards depicting their dream careers, personal goals, future aspirations and sources of inspiration. This activity encouraged self-reflection, creative expression and clarity of purpose. Students also wrote positive affirmations to strengthen self-belief and motivation and identified one personal goal and one healthy habit to begin practising, connecting their future ambitions with meaningful actions in the present. The workshop reinforced the importance of self-awareness, emotional regulation, time management, resilience and positive thinking. Students were encouraged to focus on personal progress rather than comparison, approach examinations with a balanced mindset and recognise the value of consistent effort over last-minute preparation. The session concluded on a motivating note, empowering students to manage academic pressure constructively, visualise their aspirations and take purposeful steps towards achieving their goals, with the key message that a clear vision, realistic goals and consistent effort can transform examination pressure into an opportunity for growth and achievement.
