Career Planning Workshop & Psychometric Assessment Conducted for Grade XII Students at Blue Bells Model School

Blue Bells Model School, Gurugram, reaffirmed its commitment to preparing students for a rapidly evolving future by successfully organising a comprehensive Career Planning Workshop followed by a Psychometric Assessment for the students of Grade XII (2026–27) on 12th May 2026.

This significant initiative was designed to empower students with clarity, confidence, and strategic direction in selecting suitable career pathways in an era increasingly shaped by Artificial Intelligence, technological transformation, and emerging global opportunities.

The programme was conducted under the able guidance and visionary mentorship of Dr. Alka Saxena, Assistant Director – Health and Wellness, Blue Bells Group of Schools, whose steadfast commitment to holistic student development continues to create meaningful educational experiences for future-ready learners.

The highlight of the session was an insightful and highly engaging workshop led by Ms. Radhika Narayan, a Certified Counsellor from Boston University, associated with iDreamCareer. Through her expertise and dynamic interaction, she provided students with deep insight into the importance of career planning, the expanding landscape of modern career opportunities, future-focused courses, and the significance of selecting the right universities aligned with individual interests, aptitude, and personality.

The session emphasised that in today’s rapidly changing world, where AI and innovation are continuously reshaping industries, informed career planning has become more crucial than ever before. Students were guided to understand that career success is no longer confined to conventional choices alone but requires awareness of new-age careers, interdisciplinary pathways, skill-based education, and strategic decision-making.
