CBSE Regional Science Exhibition 2025

“Science is the poetry of reality—where curiosity becomes innovation, and innovation becomes the power to shape the future.”

The CBSE Regional Science Exhibition 2025, hosted at Blue Bells Model School, Gurugram, unfolded as a grand celebration of scientific temper, innovation, and youthful creativity. The opening ceremony commenced with heartfelt greetings and a powerful introduction highlighting the vision of an Atmanirbhar and Viksit Bharat. The tone for the event was set with reflections on how STEM—Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics—forms the foundation of India’s progress and global leadership.

The event was graced by Mr. Krishan Kumar Gaur, Head DRIIV, Mr RP Singh, Joint Secretary, CBSE, Mr Satish Pahal, Deputy Secretary, Department of Skill Education and Mr Sunil Bajaj, Director SCERT. The event was further honoured by the presence of the eminent judges Dr. Neeti Goel, Assistant Professor of Physics, Shivaji College, University of Delhi; Dr. Anuushka Pal, researcher in nanotechnology and photocatalysis; Prof. Neetu Rani, Professor of Mathematics, Shivaji College, University of Delhi; Dr. Ashok Sharma, Additional Professor, Department of Biochemistry, NCI-AIIMS, Jhajjar; Dr. S.K. The ceremony progressed with the auspicious Diya Lighting, accompanied by Saraswati Vandana and Ganesh Vandana, invoking blessings of wisdom, purity, and prosperity.  Principal Ms. Alka Singh welcomed and encouraged students to embrace inquiry-based learning and shoulder responsibility as future innovators. The Chief Guest’s inspiring words further motivated learners to contribute meaningfully to nation-building through science and technology.

The exhibition brought together 98 schools and 167 exhibits, showcasing projects across vital contemporary themes—sustainable agriculture, waste management, water conservation, health and hygiene, mathematical modelling, green energy, and emerging technologies. Participants demonstrated exceptional originality, scientific thought, and problem-solving skills.

A soulful motivational song and a dynamic dance performance added cultural vibrance to the evening.

During the Prize Distribution Ceremony, 13 top exhibits—6 from Category I and 7 from Category II—were selected for the National Level CBSE Science Exhibition after rigorous evaluation by the esteemed panel of judges mentioned above.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Madhu Gupta, expressing deep gratitude to all contributors. The event left the audience inspired by the brilliance of young minds—each one carrying the promise of a brighter, stronger, and truly Viksit Bharat.
