METAVERSE 360VR Session II

The second session of the METAVERSE 360VR –
Immersive Learning Program for students of Classes
VI–VIII was successfully conducted on 14 July 2026 at Blue Bells Model School,
Sector 4. Out of 32 enrolled students, 28 students enthusiastically
participated in the session.
The theme for the session was “Time Travel – An
Immersive Exploration of Ancient Egypt and Rome.” The
programme offered students a unique opportunity to experience history beyond
textbooks through Virtual Reality technology.
Through the immersive VR experience, students virtually travelled
to the ancient civilizations of Egypt and Rome, gaining insights into the rise
of the Roman Empire while exploring famous landmarks and tourist attractions,
including the iconic Colosseum and its historic events. They also discovered
the grandeur of the Pyramids of Giza and enjoyed unique experiences such as
camel rides across the Egyptian landscape and underwater diving, making the
session both engaging and memorable.
The session successfully transformed historical concepts into vivid
experiences, sparking curiosity and deepening students’ understanding of
ancient civilizations. It proved to be an enriching and enjoyable learning
opportunity that combined technology with experiential education in an
innovative manner.
