SALUTING THE DIVINITY OF MOTHER: MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATED

AT BLUE BELLS MODEL SCHOOL, SECTOR 4, GURUGRAM

"The palm on your fevered brow, the grip that steadies you on rocky roads, the hand that feeds and nurtures you, the voice that tells you that you are loved, the shadow that walks beside you unconditional and enduring, a mother’s love."

To express the gratitude to the divine bliss of God i.e. Mother,  the  school celebrated Mother’s Day on May  9, 2020 on a virtual platform .  The celebration was a testimony to the school’s commitment of reaching out to them in these challenging times along with strengthening the bond they shared. The occasion was graced by Madam Soumya Gulati, Deputy Director( Academic Development and Innovation), BBGS.

The students of Class V D organized a well orchestrated morning Assembly. The students and their mothers participated with full zeal and jubilation. The students showered their love and affection towards their mothers by performing heart touching songs and dances. Through poem and speech, the learners admired their mothers for the strength and determination that always  inspire them to pursue a better life. A heart touching video presenting a beautiful and strong bond the children shared with their mothers was the show stopper.

The assembly was followed by a special craft activity named 'Be Creative While At Home' for all the mothers present  in the assembly. The mothers participated in the craft activity enthusiastically and loved working with their children. Considering today's scenario, all the mothers were really thankful and overwhelmed by  the efforts taken by the school as well as students on this special day.

 Speaking of the occasion , Madam Soumya Gulati, Deputy Director( Academic Development and Innovation), BBGS appreciated the efforts put in by the students and wished all the mothers. Ms. Alka Singh , Principal  further reflected upon the significant role played by all the mothers.
