Stage-o-Rama 2026 Concludes on a
Grand Note at Blue Bells Model School
An Inspiring Celebration of Theatre, Creativity, and Expression
The two-day annual Inter-House Theatre Festival, Stage-o-Rama 2026,
concluded with great enthusiasm and grandeur at Blue Bells Model School,
Gurugram. Conceived by Ms. Soumya Gulati, Deputy Director (Development &
Innovation), the festival provided a vibrant platform for students to
showcase their acting talent, creativity, and literary understanding through
the medium of theatre.
The event on
21st & 22nd May 2026 commenced with a ceremonial lamp lighting and
an auspicious invocation. Addressing the gathering, Ms. Alka Singh,
Principal, highlighted the transformative power of theatre as a medium for
self-expression, empathy, collaboration, and social awareness. She emphasized
its role in nurturing confidence, communication skills, and holistic
personality development among students.
Over the
course of two days, students from the school’s four houses—Indira Gandhi
House, Nehru House, Mother Teresa House, and Tagore House—presented
captivating performances in both Hindi and English. The productions explored
themes of courage, leadership, sacrifice, duty, and human values, leaving the
audience deeply engaged and inspired.
Indira
Gandhi House staged Daak
Ghar in English and Vidur in Hindi.
Nehru House presented Muktdhara in English and Bharat in
Hindi.
Mother Teresa House performed Kabuliwala in English and Chanakya
in Hindi.
Tagore House showcased Tasher Desh in English and Eklavya
in Hindi, earning widespread appreciation for its compelling presentation.
A
distinguished panel of theatre experts and artists graced the occasion as
judges. Their insightful observations and constructive feedback enriched the
learning experience for the young performers and encouraged them to further
refine their theatrical skills. The esteemed jury comprised Mr. Mohan Kant,
Mr. Javed, Mr. Bhagat Singh Saini, Mr. Raj Sardana, Ms. Vrinda Khare, and Mr.
Ram Sharma.

More than a
